MDA Filtration Ltd. manufactures single and multiple bag filters that are made with standard materials of Carbon Steel, 304 & 316 Stainless Steel with designs of 150 PSI up to 3000 PSI. STANDARD OPTIONS: Cleanable strainer baskets or filter bag baskets Mesh linings in baskets Inner baskets for dual-stage straining or filtering Carbon steel, 304 or 316 stainless steel housing Four gasket materials: Buna N, Ethylene Propylene, Viton and Teflon Shorter (15") baskets instead of standard (30") FILTER BAG DESIGN: Silicon-free thread used Grade 69 thread is used with a measured tensil strength of up to 15 pound per strand Three threads in our overlock stitch, and to rule out ravelling, two additional threads in a true safety chain stitch are used Materials: Polypropylene Polyester Nylon Nomex Oil Absorbent (Available in signed or Plain Fabrics)
